Education Reform and Governance

  • Termination of Indoctrination in Schools and Universities: Ceasing indoctrination practices in K-12 and higher education institutions that lead to psychological maladjustment and victimhood mentalities.

  • Local Curriculum Control: Empowering local school districts to make more curriculum choices in schools.

  • Dismissal of Educator Activism: Immediate termination for educators engaged in political activism and prohibited subjects during work hours.

  • Regulation on the timing of School Levies: School levies may only occur every four years during presidential elections.

  • Oversight Establishment: Creation of an Inspector General overseeing UnAmerican Activities & Divisive Concepts in Education.

  • Limited Collective Bargaining: Collective bargaining agreements restricted to every four years during presidential elections.

  • Referendum for Agreements: All collective bargaining agreements are subject to automatic referendum in K-12 and higher education.

Cultural and Moral Regulations

  • Child Protective Services: Those that report parents have the right to privacy - not anonymity. If false reports are filed severe penalties need to be imposed. Child protective services cannot be used to harass families or former spouses.

  • Ban on Explicit Material in Libraries and Schools: Prohibition of pornography and sexually explicit materials.

  • Control on Obscenity in Libraries, Schools, Public Art Galleries, Museums, and Zoos: Prohibition of obscene shows and content.

  • Taxing Pornographic Media: Imposing a statewide sin tax on pornography to fund implantable birth control for low income children and young adults.

  • Redistribution of Alcohol Tax: Utilizing alcohol taxes to support maternity aid and child care for low-income women in desperate situations.

  • Abortion Suspension: Article 1 Section 1, 2, and 18 allow the General Assembly to suspend the Ohio Constitution in the times of an emergency. This can be used to suspend Article 1 Section 22 of the Ohio Constitution without gubernatorial consent.

  • Personhood Recognition: Proposing personhood rights for the preborn.

Election Integrity Reforms

  • All electronic equipment used in Ohio elections should not utilize proprietary codes.

  • Workfare: Small businesses that comply with financial reporting requirements may hire employees from the welfare roles that receive matching funds from the State of Ohio of up to $500 per week for employee pay and still retain Medicaid for up to three years.

Legal and Governance Restructuring

  • Governor's Authority Limitation: Preventing the Governor from suspending laws, even in emergencies. Article 1 Section 18 of the Ohio Constitution prevents the Governor from suspending laws - even in an emergency.

  • Defending Constitutional Law: Advocating for the impeachment of officeholders attempting to suspend constitutional laws.

Political Party

  • Political Party Accountability: Making political parties accountable to Ohio non-profit law, Ohio ethics law, Ohio's Sunshine meeting laws, and Ohio's public records request laws.

Public Health and Safety

  • Drug-Related Punishments: Death penalty for those selling illegal fentanyl or other dangerous drugs - deferral of sentence only possible if the convicted cooperate in identifying bad actors in the illegal drug network or act as confidential informants.

Protecting Ohio's Vulnerable

  • Birth Control Measures: For every dollar the State spends on implantable birth control for low income women the State avoids two dollars in aid for unwanted pregnancies and welfare to care for unwanted children and address their mental abuse. Additionally, implantable birth control devices help to stop more unwanted pregnancies than the pill and they have less side effects.
